A transparent corrections process is part of trustworthy reporting. No published-news corrections have been recorded in this foundation edition.
How corrections will work
Substantive corrections will identify the affected article, explain what changed and preserve the original source trail. They require a new reviewed content version and an audit record. We will not silently overwrite a material reporting error.
Report a concern
The public corrections intake is not yet configured. During Phase 1, use the repository issue tracker available to your deployment team. Do not submit private account details or credentials.
For public production launch, a monitored corrections contact and response policy are required.
